Sam's Club

This place went down the hill. Lots of moldy produce, bad meat cuts. They barely stock up for essentials. Bakery is slow and don't offer the whole catalog items as other clubs. Some costumer service staff are very rude! The membership prices are outrageous.

Sam's Club Bakery makes wonderful cakes. Orders now have to be done online not in store. Limited design choices.

Have used the curbside pickup several times it’s quite useful. Today the guy that brought my stuff out managed to spill cat litter all over the rest of my order and trunk as well as crush and cram the rest of the order into my trunk…I had a Walmart order in the trunk also that I moved around when I pulled up to make space. wouldn’t have been mad if he had told me about the spill or asked if he could put something in my back seat.

They make up their own rules. Waste of time coming here. The employees are very rude. Denied me from making a purchase because I had already bought stuff from Shreveport Sams Club that day? No other Sams does this. Very unprofessional employees. This is supposed to be a good side of town but you can tell whoever is the manager here is just hiring whoever because they are making up rules and are just flat out rude to people. Entire store needs re-done and new employees from business owner to business owner. Beyond pathetic. The customer service person at 11 am on Tuesday the 18th, and the girl scanning receipts at this time really need removed. Will be calling corp and talking to them extensively. Spend way too much to be treated like that
